Car seems to shake alot when brakes are applied.

Okay when i speed up above 40 and put on the brakes the dash and everything else shake pretty bad and the car wants to pull a little to the right and was wondering if my rotors could be warped espically since they have 2 hair line crack's on each rotor on the front. Also i guessing that they are warped since they are the orginals my car is a 1989 Firebird formula 305 tbi i really felt the shake last night when i was going 112mph.Whith in a mile.
