whats causing my rattling?

when i drive the front passenger wheel rattles and makes a ton of noise over bumps, almost sounds like its gonna fall off, all lug nuts are tight, im thinking its a loose suspension part but before you go ahead and tell me its the tie rods i've replace both inner and outter and they're stiff with no play in them, i replaced the struts and it started doin this a week after the install...I however mess with the camber plate and i dont know if i lined it back up the way it was. what can cause this awful rattle? it "sometimes" goes away when i apply the brakes over bumps
