Quick Change Pinion Angle?

I am looking to get a Spohn ADJ Torque Arm, hoping to get my 60' times under 2.0. I've got LCA relocation brackets, boxed lcas, poly bushings, and a torque moster of a 350 TPI.

If I set the the pinion angle to -1º from the trans output shaft angle... I am set and good to go for the street.

However when I want to drag race, which often I don't have alot of prep time because they are fri-sat at 7pm (I work till 5pm)...

Can I just throw my magnetic angle finder back on the rear end torque arm mount....
Turn the screws so that the angle is now 2º Below what I'd already set it at....
To give me a total of -3º Pinion angle from Output shaft.

Seems like it's good in my head, but maybe I'm overlooking something.

I'd rather not have to take the tail housing off every time I want to find my pinion angle the TRUE (in relation to output shaft) way.

Thanks!
-Paul

i just ride up in my garage, get down and stick the angle finder right under the rear part of the ta. and just get some adjustable wrenches and change it like that. its close enough for me to just adjust it like that.
