competion engineerinf SFC?

i was just given a set of competion engineerig SFC. Are these things woth putting on or not. My dads best friend is a welding instructor at a local tech school , so there won't be any labor.Or are the spoen SFC that much better for 185$

im sure the spohn SFCs are great and all, but you cant beat free. just install the comp engineering ones, and im sure youll be happy especially with all the money you still have in your pocket.

Ya... 'better' is marginal in this area. Just having them on the car is enough improvement. If you cut them off and installed some you paid for you wouldnt notice any real loss. If you are doing stuff that needs more rigidity than you probably need a roll cage.
