Drum piston/cylinder thread

I was picking up parts to do my rear drum brake rebuild today, and the store had two different piston/cylinders listed. One had a US pipe thread, and the other had a metric pipe thread. Anyone know which is the one I need? As you can see below, I have an '86 SC. I looked in the GM shop manual and the Haynes manual and I couldn't find out which one it was.
