Man, there are a lot of choices! I think I'm leaning towards the Alstons since they tie the front and rear subframe ends together fairly directly AND look like they give plenty of clearance for a single 3" exhaust pipe down the pass. side.
I only care about:
1. Exhaust clearance for a 3" intermediate pipe without sacrificing ground clearance at all. No cat, but I might want to put one on later.
2. Getting a good connection from the LCA mount position to the front subframe. I'm not going road racing where I care about twisting the body shell- just stright-line force for planting the rear suspension.
3. A minor issue is ground clearance- i don't want them to hang way down under the car- it would blow the whole sleeper image. The more "factory looking" and "tucked up" the better.
A cage or very complicated muti-product "Frankensteins" are not what I'm looking for. I just want the best single set of SFCs for the above criteria possible. Like I said, I'm leaning towards the Alstons. Cost is not a huge issue. Comments?

I am happy with my Alstons. They made the car launch straight, I don't have alot of HP but you know how they jerk. They solve alot of my nose dive problems with the brakes. I can now do an emergency stop in a turn w/o having to fight the car. It just make for alot better weight transfer. You can only see them if the car is parked up hill and you look at it from down the hill. At far didtances you get a glance but since they are black you can't tell. Spohn's will hide better, I just didn't like how they connected. But any will strengthen the car. But you have my vote, oh yea the only thing I have scraped them on was backing off the lift, it is kinda high and has steep ramps, it desinged for heavy trucks, but haven't had a problem under normal driving, speed bumps etc,
but any you do weld them in

My spohns tuck up real nice under the car. You can't see them from just looking at the car if you wanted to. I love them. Good luck on your decision.
