I have an 86 z that I took out today and the front brakes stuck on and will not go off until I loosen the brake line below the prop valve and bleed off the pressure. It has ss braided lines already-put a line lock on a few weeks ago but that is not hanging up either-cut the wires just to make sure. Is it the master cylinder?? The car has 130,000 miles-I suppose it has to wear out sooner or later. Thanks

The line-lock could be physically jammed. If there's grit in the fluid it can cause the piston to hang and the lock won't release even if you cut the wires. A quick test would be to bleed off the pressure and then put the brakes on. If they stick again then the line-lock is fine....if they do nothing then the line-lock is jammed. That's the first thing I'd check.
I tried that already-the brakes work and they stick every time until you release the pressure by loosening the brake line next to the prop valve. I am going out right now to tear it apart.
