Why is my rear lower than my front?
I just installed Dropzone spings(front and rear) and for some reason the rear end is sitting about 1/2" to 1" lower than the front. You can see in the pictures what I am talking about. After I got it done and looked at it I went back under and the fronts are indexed properly...covering 1 inspection hole completely and not covering the other, flat side up. So I don't think that is the problem...it is a 305V8 car so weight in the front shouldn't be an issue. I didn't index the back springs, but from what I read if you index them they get lower. Only thing I can think of is that when I did the rears there was no isolator that I saw. Now it could have stayed up there, I didnt look because I didn't even realize there was supposed to be one back there to begin with. So other than doing the rears again and checking the index and isolators, does anyone have any ideas. I am thinking about going to GM and getting the 4th gen ones and that should raise it an inch..however if there aren't any in there now at all what is that going to do overall to the ride hight? 2" taller, I hope not, that is a little high. Also, did anyone notice that on the dropzone box it says for offroad use only....were they just to cheap to pay the DOT certification or are they trying to hide some defect?

There definately should've been isolators up at the top of the rear spring; I don't think they would've held themselves up unless the previous owner glued them up!

it says for off road only because in alot of states altering the suspension more than 1-2 inches is illegal. And since the box says it when u get a ticket u cant sue them. And they were prabably to cheap to get the dot apoval.
