.Your tires are NOT 65 wide. . Your tires are 215 mm and 255 mm wide respectively. In the front your tire height is 65 % of the width (way to high profile) and in the back your tire height is 60% of the width (still too tall) In the back I believe the widest you can go without rubbing too much is 275/50-16 not sure on the front.

I am running Yokohama Decibals 275/40/17 all the way around. The car is also lowered about 1.6", and I dont rub. It sucks with the 275's up front on the freeway. It likes to wander. But when I want to hit the corners, its sticks like its nobody's buisness. So for me its worth it.

try P235-60R15 for the front
You really can't go bigger than the 255's that you already got in the rear assuming you have a 15X7 wheel. Those tires should really be on a 15X8 inch rim Second Gen Trans Ams have these
If you want better performance from your car , your better off with a P245-60R15. These will still look wide enough for your car

245/60/15 can be used on the front but they will rub the plastic inner fenders when you crank the wheels. steering is very responsive and ride nice and straight but it is a different feeling having a bigger inertia on the front. btw these are on wheels with 3 inch backspacing.
