Finished Recall Kit Install

Last weekend we rebuilt my calipers (rear ofcourse) as per the 82-88 rear disc recall with the 30 dollar kit. With the right tools, its a very simple job aside from the lower caliper mounting bolt on the passenger side but we got it in and out without dropping the control arm!

This was very well worth it considering i had no rear brakes before we did this fix. I have a very good pedal (i did the master cylinder about 3 months ago) and it stops very good. Not to mention it got rid of that loud rear end rattle which turned out to be the pads rattling around inside of the calipers.

If you have rear discs on an 82-88 car and a low pedal, do this! Its very well worth the time and effort.
