60ft times with kyb's

OK guys, out of curiosity I want to know what the best 60 foot time you have seen with kyb gas adjust shocks. My cousin is thinking of swapping them in his car and wants to know what to expect as far as 60 foot times. he has boxed lca's, sphon relocation brackets, new tq arm, and hotchkis panhard bar. He has a tpi 350 with a cam ported heads and all hte normal bolt ons. Will these shocks be up to par for his set up. Whats the fastest time you have seen with these shocks.

shocks and struts are ur least concern for traction. sure there is "drag" struts and shocks but on a daily driven car u wont need those. other things like lower control arms, relocation brackets, adjustable torque arm, drag radials, air bags gearing etc, all help reduce 60ft times.
