roll cage requirements?

i've heard people mention that certain cages aren't nhra certified, or you need certain cages for certain speeds, etc. what are the rules for that? are these rules for any track? with the motor i'm building, i'm hoping to be somewhere in the 12's, and i would like to ocassionally go to the track. i plan on getting sfc's and stb, but would i need any kind of cage?

lil snippit:

A roll bar is required in any convertible running 13.99 seconds or quicker in the quarter mile, and in other cars beginning at 11.99. The roll bar is accepted in vehicles running as quick as 10.00 second e.t., provided the stock firewall and floorboard is intact, other than for installation of wheel tubs. The rollbar must be constructed of minimum 1 ¾ inch o.d. x .118 inch wall mild steel tubing, or 1 ¾ x .083 chrome moly tubing, and must conform to the following diagram:

Spohn has pics of the S&W race car cage on his website I think.

Jegs sales Comp Engineering types so does Summit.

You could get ahold of S&W race cars and see if they would do a group purchase on roll bars and cages and you could probably get a good 60 bucks cheaper if you got 9 more people to order. That's how I got roll bar from a GP on another forum for f/y bodies.
