Iroc suspension on an RS
I know a guy who had an IROC and was in the process of re-doin the front suspension ( inner and outer tie rod ends, and idler arm and pitman arm, and lower ball joints, and upper and lower control arm bushings, also sway bar bushings, plus sway bar links w/bushings, he also bought monroe front gas shocks and rear monroe sensatrac shocks, plus he has all the bolts and pins ) He said he'd sell it to me for pretty cheap. The only question is would all this stuff work on my 91 RS 3.1L? I can't remember what year his Iroc was. Please tell me this would work on my car.

the only thing that might not work is the sway bar bushings. unless you have same sized sway bars on your car.

All of those parts are identical between IROCs and all other Camaros & Firebirds, except maybe the sway bar bushings (which vary alot among cars). Don't pay extra for that stuff just because he says it's for IROCs.
There's no such thing as upper control arm bushings for these cars.
The only parts that are different between IROCs and others of these cars, are the springs and the sway bars themselves (and their bushings, based on the diameter of the bars.... they do have to fit of course).

RS's have rear sway bars, just not as large as the IROCs
and yes the iroc had the wonderbar , no other f-body's got them (expect possible some 91-92 Z/28 cars, i have heard people say some of them got them)

I don't recall seeing anything about "wonderbars" in his list of replacement wear parts. It's a non-issue as far as whether all that other stuff will work.
Although of course putting one on would help his car out, the same as it does any other of these cars.
It's real hard for me to just guess what that stuff would be worth to someone who has it all but doesn't need it any more. That's somewhere around $400 worth of parts over the counter, just to go and buy them. Go look them up at partsamerica.com or somewhere and add it up. Don't forget, there's no such thing as upper control arm bushings for these cars, since they don't have upper control arms. Find their retail value and go from there, or just offer him something and see what he says.
While you're replacing all that stuff, it would be genuinely stupid not to put in new springs too. So get yourself a set of those as well.

the value is also going to vary depending on the brand. if everthing is high-quality american made parts, it will be worth alot more than cheapo made in china crap.

well all the bushings say "Polygraphite" on the bags. The parts are from PST ( Performance Suspension Technology ) www.P-S-T.com Would I be able to put an Iroc Sway bar on an RS? Would it help any? If I put a wonder bar on as well will help out a little? Will if fit?

yes you can put the wonderbar, yest it will help
the sway bars will depend on what you have, vs what you want to put on.

If you currently have stock RS swaybars, go with the IROC bars + wonderbar. It was a vast improvement on my RS. Don't waste your time on Monroe ANYTHING! Pretty much everything they make is a POS.
