windshield wiper motor & brakes..
this is probably a really strange & dumb question but i have to ask it...
when i have my windshield wipers on & they are wiping & i have my brake pedal depressed, its like i feel the wipers wiping but in the brake pedal....is the windshield wiper motor located close the brake pedal somewhere? is this normal?...the reason im asking is because i dont feel this on any other vehicle

It's right next to the master cylinder. That's all I know about it. Why it does that for you, I have no idea.

i have the same thing happen on my 84 buick, except on the gas pedal. The reason why is the throttle cable actually touches the wiper motor, so obviously the vibration from the motor transfers over.
For the brake pedal its just because the wiper motor is so close to the mc.

I really haven't noticed it. I have not had to run my wipers while driving, because it's mostly been down for repair, and the only time I traveled in the rain I was concentrating most on keepin the wheels straight when braking becuase my left caliper had a torn dust boot and rusted together. I'll let you know if I find anything... should be almost ready to run so I can get my new alt and go.
