is there an aftermarket kit for a drum to disk swap

My 91z was one of the unlucky G92 cars that got the read drum leftovers from the General. I wanna do a rear disk swap, and wanna know if any company makes a kit that will work. I know i will need a new prop valve too, but i can get a 4 wheel DB valve from GM.

I am looking for the same thing and couldnt find what I need on the SSBC page but I may have missed it. looking on the other page now.

whats wrng with just usin the 89+ PBR rear disc brakes? the bear kit is practically the same thing.
