hey craig I dont want to screw up your question but I believe we're wondering the same thing so ..

craig and I both have similar questions ...Ive got a 91 Z and want to install a kit,all the other threads/posts are from 2002 and say the "kits" are a waist of $$ so I am wondering if they sell a kit now in 2003 that will fit our cars without all the trouble of metric VS. standard threads...??

and yeah I havent messed with my brakes on my car either and am wondering if its metric or standard...

My 86 was bubble flared metric lines. I ended up replacing the lines after giving up finding adapters.
