sure you can run them everyday with no problems if you don't mind forking out the jack for new tires every few months (depending on miles driven)

nitto's get roughly 15,000 miles, and bfg's get around 10,000 i believe.

Hey - there is a guy in my club (lv-f-body) who reccommended Nitto555Rs to me when I asked the same question. He said he ran around on them for 10,000 miles and several track passes, and when he sold them off to someone they still had about 50% tread left. He runs 9.99 second passes. He told me the trick is to run them at about 22-25psi on the street so they don't wear unevenly. I don't see a problem with you getting an easy 10,000 miles out of them if not more. Also, I just had the chance to try them in the rain last night, and they worked just fine!

Ive got about 10K on my nittos and they are at about 50%...

They do fine for street driving.NOW i dont drive mine in the snow But in the rain they were fine.... Ive heard complaints about BFG's in the rain... Ive ridden but never driven on BFGS in the rain so take that for what its worth...

my BFG Drag Radials work just fine for all about driving and even in the rain.

For a daily driver, they are no worse then a regular non-allseason BFG radial.......only difference is they will wear out sooner.

forget the miles you get from the tires, how many miles will your quarter panels last?

Yes you can drive them daily with no problems.

As for mileage, there are too many variables to say one will outlast another or how many miles you can get from one.How often do you go to the track. How big of a burnout do you do.Do you play on the street and how agressive is your driving style.

For example, there could be a guy who runs 9's on them and they last him 10,000-15,000 miles but only goes to the track a handfull of times. When I was running drag radials they most certanly were not lasting that long but then again I race points and go between 100-200+ passes a year(generally I run 1/2 season).

One other thing,in racing I've tried both and found IMHO the BFG's to work better.

Take that for what it's worth,
Steve
