They'll work, for what it's worth.
Why are you downgrading the car that way? Stock 15" wheels on it were inadequate at 15x7. I have a set of stock 16x8 IROC wheels on my 83, and they're still inadequate.

i actually want these :
15 in. x 8 in., 5 x 4.5 in., 5 x 4.75 in., and 5 x 5 in. triple-drilled bolt circle, 2 1/2 in. reverse backspacing, steel/aluminum construction, chrome plated, S/S series wheel

Not really.
The stock 16" wheels for these cars have different backspacing front and rear; IIRC it's about 4" on the rear and about 4¾" on the front. However, you can usually use 4 rears if you don't get too carried away with the tire size, or you can use 4 fronts if you use a thin spacer to set the rears out a little bit.
2" backspacing will give you that ridiculous r¡cer skateboard wheel effect, and rub everything besides, to the outside, especially the fronts on the fenders.
Also, you don't need all the holes or whatever in the center; these cars all have the 5 on 4¾" lug pattern.
Considering that 15s were the stock wheel on the better ones of these cars from 85 up, and 17s fit just fine with the correct tire, there's no reason in the world to buy 15x6½ if you really want 16x8.
