Remote adjustable shocks/struts

does anyone know where to get remote adjustable shocks/struts for our cars.. you know.. abe able to adjust them from inside the cab? My father could get them for his 2500hd chevy silverado.. i just wanna know if we can get them for our cars. If so, how much, & where from?

Axle/Gears: 3.42s
Belstein, Carrera, Koni, Pro, QA1 among a few others all make remote shocks for our cars. There wont' be a specific listing and yer gonna pay upwards of $400 US for a shock minimum. Koni's true double adjustable shock without a remote reservoir is $280.
