"heat-emitting" paint?

Read a brake article where the author advised using this paint on the outside part of the caliper/rotor to increase heat loss from the caliper/rotor. ANyone ever used this? Article also mentioned coating the inside part of the caliper [in contact with the back of the pad] with a ceramic coating to absorb pad heat.

.....also mentioned brake fluid recyclers and other 'in-line' pieces to keep brake fluid cool.
