9-Bolt / 9" Same thing?

I am getting ready to order lower control arm relocation brackets from Spohn. It has the following note:

Note: For installation on stock rear or Strange Engineering 12 bolt rear. If you have a Moser Engineering 12 bolt or Ford 9" rear, use our Part # 210-M relocation brackets.

I have a 9-Bolt rear end. It is a 'stock' rear end but it didn't come on my car. I bought it in a salvage yard off of an earlier model Firebird. Is '9-Bolt' and '9-Inch' the same thing? If not, wich brackets do I need to order? Thank you for your help.

9 bolt is a thirdgen rear end, 9 inch would be a ford rear end, but people do put 9 inch ford rear ends in.

u want these http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1290

9 bolt is a stock rear end.

9 bolt borgwarner and ford 9" are two totally differnt rear axles

however other companys do use the borgwarner model 78 differential. for instance nissan uses it in their skyline and ford uses it in their new escapes. the borgwarner model 78 axle is the "9 bolt" to us thirdgeners.

You sure about the skyline, I could have sworn the skyline had an independent rear.
