I slide the floor jack between the front side of the tire and the back side of the front air dam. It just fits. It'a a pain to pump it enough times to get it off the ground, but it works.

I use the front frame rails before the trans crossmember in the front, and the rear framerails just in front of the LCAs in teh back as jackstand points.

I jack up the rear using the rearend.

Here's where the factory's instructions say to put their jack that comes with the spare tire.

Not the best place to jack it for general service; but OK for roadside emergencies I guess.

well i saw them on the back but didnt see em on the front so i just used the subframe to jack it up. i needed to get my tires off so i can finish polishing up the rest of my rims.

The tabs that hang down work fine for the factory jack that has the poroper head on it, but I wouldn't use the same point for a floor jack, unless you have an adapter specifically for this purpose. The adapters are available from the Eastwood Company, and several other tool suppliers. This will keep you from smashing in the floorpans when you jack up the car.

I use 2 floor jacks. A small 2 ton jack, which I use under my subframe connectors (which run along the rails), to jack it up high enough so that I can get my 3 ton jack under, I raise the body about 3 inches first. I then jack up the front via the a-arms first. Sometimes I use the front k-member, but not as often. If using the k-member I have to jack it up higher. I use the a-arms because it's easier to lower and raise directly to the ground. I can drop the car to the ground with the a-arms, but I don't have enough room to pump the jack up, which is why I use the second jack.

a stock k member is good for the front if you can get too it. not a tubular though. the points described above are all very good. i use the point described right behind the front wheels for the front since all my pieces are tubular and the rear end for the rear. i use to use 2x4's to drive up and get that extra lift for the jack to fit when i used lowering springs.
