weird brake quirk

when i have my wipers on, and i push the brakes i can feel like a little tick in the resistance of the brake when the wiper hits the apex of its sweep.

what could be causing this?

hmmm.. only thing i can think of is perhaps the linkage or motor itself is loose and is tapping the firewall right near where the brake pedal/booster area is... and you're feeling that....

other then that, no clue.
