How do I remove the bumper supports?

Could someone give me some directions on removing the bumper supports? I'm looking to save weight anywhere I can.

Before anyone says anything about it being a major safety hazard to myself or anyone else, this car is going to be TRACK ONLY most likely it will be trailered if for no other reason other than to avoid paying insurance and a new title every year. So not really a big need to worry about the safety issues.

Thanks

Pull off the front and rear bumper covers, then you'll see the honeycomb stuff attached to the bumper supports, held on by 4 bolts on each side- 8 bolts each front and rear. Loosen up those and the support will come right off. "Installation is reverse of removal."
