Front Brake Calipers
Anyone ever heard of FENCO for reman calipers??? I'm thinking of getting a pair for the front.
I am getting a lot of grinding when the brakes are applied. No pulling or dragging.. just a real hefty grind . At a glance the ouside of the rotor is smooth and shiny, but have yet to look at the other side of them. Based on a few threads I have read, the calipers would be the most likey problem right. The calipers look like OEM stuff. I just had the a few months so I don't know the real history of maintenence(SP?). Does this sound reasonable solution to the problem?? THe Fenco reman parts are dirt cheap.. so if they are respectable parts, I just my go with them. Ideas??

Yep, that's what my 1LE calipers are. They're fine and economical.

Thanks for the tip.. I should investigate a bit further on the inside of the brake set up before spending time and money.
