Is it possible to just throw on rotors for a drum equipped rear?

I know their will be some cutting and drill involved, but is it possible to keep everything aligned and functional back there to convert to LT1 rear and front discs? Also, would I need to change my master cylinder if im replacing front and rear? Thanks.

Don't forget welding. And you'll need to install a proportioning valve as well.
