Z28 brakes

Are the front callipers different in a 91 z28 than the ones on a RS. I have switched rear ends and porportioning valves, but dont know if the front breakes will work because the car has RS front callipers. Thanks

There's no difference in front brakes on any model unless you have options 1LE or B4C.

Ok, so the 91 and 92 Z28s with rear disk had the same front breaks and then RS, unless the they had the performance package? Is the front callipers with the two small pistons in them the ILE brakes?

All cars without performance brake packages had the same single piston cast iron front brakes, regardless of year or rear brake options. The 1LE fronts are aluminum with two pistons.
