Pan Hard bars

Hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question but....
Will an adjustable pan hard work on a car with stock springs and LCA's? I neen a panhard bar, but not ready to lower the car. Also, when lowering, any stock length stock LCA's will work as long as I have the relocation brackets right?

Yes you can put an adjustable panhard on a stock car. I'm not sure that I understand your second question, but stock lower control arms will work with lower control arm relocation brackets. You can lower your car with the springs alone, but, depending on how low you go, the geometry of the suspension can become very out of wack.

You can get an adjustable panhard rod whenever you want and your car does not need to be lowered. It will adjust from stock length to the length when lowered. Also, you can still use your stock LCA's with or without the brackets when you are lowered. It is strongly encouraged that you get the brackets to maintain the geometry of the LCA's after you lower your car. You only need to look at adjustable LCA's if you have an aftermarket torque arm and you can't set the correct pinion because of the non adjustable LCA's. However, the stock ones have have enough flex where you could use them with an aftermarket torque arm. But if you have an aftermarket toruq arm you most likely have aftermarket LCA's as well.

So in summary:

- You can use any panhard rod (adjustable or non) with or without lowering.
- You can use stock LCA's with or without relocation brackets and with or without lowering.
- You can use an aftermarket torque arm with stock LCA's
- You will usually, but not always, have to use adjustable LCA's with an aftermarket non-adjustable torque arm.

Thanks HG.. Shiftycapone
Sorry about the wording of the post. I am considering lowering the car at a later time and wanted to buy the components here and there. I did n't want to buy parts if I have to swap them out again after lowering.
Thanks for the clarification.:hail:
