I think the answer is no.
I did a search under interchange and the most comon answer was ,the front no, the rear yes.

I needed an answer fast so I posted because I didn't know if I would find the answer

Did 4th gens ever get a better rear sway bar than 3rd gens?

Nothing from the front suspension on a fourth gen will interchange, except maybe the swaybar endlinks They use a completely different coilover setup and hubbed rotors. Fourth gen brakes can be made to fit, but its nowhere near a direct swap.

Because of how they have a coilover suspension and different things like that they didn't need as big of a sway bar.

The 32mm bar is the largest 4th gens came with but I suspect the fact that 32mm is the largest has nothing to do with the fact they have a different suspension setup and more to do with the extra power and speed the cars are capable of. For a street driven car on street tires with the avg everyday driver a smaller bar is better suited.
