ebrake help

alright, i finally have some time to do a little work on my car. I have a 87 Camaro sports coupe with the 305. I'm having problems with my ebrake and i've read through alot of the postings for the problem that GM is having with the calipers for those years. I have the Haynes manual, and my back calipers look different than the ones in the book. I've included a picture of my rear caliper and it has a big hammer looking thing, not a wrench looking thing, i assume these are the same. Should i get the GM caliper repair kit? When i pull my ebrake i can see a line moving under the car, but nothing on the caliper is moving at all. Also how hard is it to redo the brake lines and how much would those cost?
