got some questions about manual boxes

ok i know the ones out of a s10 blazer fit but how do they feel. i am looking at loosing some of the weight off the front but i drive this car it is a 87 iroc with the stock rims and tires. i am looking to gain a bit of road feel and such.

They are harder to turn and slow, esp noticable turning a corner.Dont notice much difference at highway speed.Id stick with your P/S for quick light steering. If you have a drag car or street car and you dont plan to do any dodge the pylons type thing it works ok
