I heard back from Spohn and they said I have the 36mm front and more that likely the 24mm rear. So that's what I'll buy for bushings. I got my bilsten shocks/struts and Eibach pro-kit in today. UPS brought them perfectly on-time from shox.com. This stuff is stout! I'm going to order everything else from Spohn probably this weekend. So once I get that stuff in I'll post a pic or two of it all and keep everyone up-to-date on how the install goes. I will ask any questions that I might have during the install here. Later

Irocster-
Please report on the ride of it once you've got things finalized. I, and I'm sure others too, am very interested with what you think. I basically have the same stock set-up as you did and I'm havving a h#ll of a time deciding on whether or not I want to do Pro-Kit springs. I already have Bilstein HD shocks/struts, poly sway bar kits, LCA and track bar installed and I just can't make my mind up about springs. You input might me very helpful for me, and again others too. But because You and I have nearly the same setup aside from springs, man - I am very interested to hear what you have to say about the ride change.
Good luck - sounds like things are going smoothly too.

No problem, I'll try and post pics on the way of the install too. I am going to try and do a before/after shot of the car to see how much the stance will have changed. I'm gonna order my spohn stuff now to finish it off.

Yeah, I'm interested to know how you like it all as well. I'm looking at a '91 Firebird right now (not Formula/TA), and I have all of these mods planned as well, except I'd be going the cheap route in the way of shocks/struts...I'd be going with the KYB GR2/Gas-A-Just combo. I'll probably ditch the panhard bar and go with a STB and wonderbar though first. And I'm not sure if I'll go with the adjustable LCAs; I might just go non-adjustable. I'll be picking up a set of Spohn SFCs as well as some WS6/IROC swaybars and a full ES hyperflex/master kit. I also have my eyes on the Eibach Pro-Kit.
Should be a HUGE difference over a stock Firebird suspension with nearly 150k miles on it...which would itself even be a huge step above the '90 Plymouth Sundance I'm driving in now
Suspension this summer, other power-supporting mods this winter (new posi disc rear, alum driveshaft, torque arm maybe, etc.), and a built 355 next summer..and then maybe a blown 383 the summer after

I don't really know yet how the LCAs and panhard bar get adjusted. Do they get adjusted on the car, after everything is bolted up? And do the two outside nuts have to be loosened before the middle one can be turned either clockwise or counter-clockwise?

Well, I can't tell you yet because I haven't installed them, but from what I read, they are the best, that's why I bought them. Also, I don't really know other shock manufacturers besides eibach. I don't think $230 is that much for a major part of your suspension though.
