Master cylinder on car bleed

Transmission: auto
Master cylinder on car bleed
My92 R/S has the proportioning valve under the master cylinder. On the front and back of it there are large bleeder nipples with paper tags that say MC bleed. I could not get any fluid out of these. Does anyone know how this is supposed to work?
