I'm wanting to install a steering box from an IROC or Z28 on my 89 RS, but first I have a few questions. 1) How hard is it to install a steering box and is there anything special that has to be done? 2) Aside from junkyards, about how much would a new box cost? Thanks

 

Not sure about the difficulty, but I do know that the desired steering boxes are the ones form 1LE and WS6 f-bodies; they have a quicker ratio.
