Left side GTA wheels differ from right, why??
I just got my 88 GTA last friday and while polishing up the rims i noticed that the left side is deep dish and right side is thinner.Whats the deal with this? Also while driving down the road i hear a faint scraping noise that i thought was from the a/c pulley but just noticed yesterday it stops when i do?Can anyone help?Sorry if this is wrong place for this but i dont see a wheel forum.Thanks,chris.

Sounds like you have front wheels and rear wheels mixed up.
"Front" and "rear" are cast into them somewhere on the outside where you can see it easily.
They have different offsets. The fronts are about ½" shallower on the outside (deeper on the inside) than the rears.

Play in the steeringwheel and thirdgens go hand in hand..
Thats a fairly common thing, as far as the wheels go, the wheels are stamped on the inner side of the wheel the will say "REAR ONLY" or "FRONT ONLY" i would change them immediately before you damage the rims
