Iroc springs
what are the Diffrences between the Springs on my 84 z28 and the one that came on the Irocs?
The reason I ask Is I was told the Iroc springs sit lower.
The rear of my car sits a little to high for my taste.

Your 84 springs are worn out. All stock IROC springs are worn out. So there's really no difference; they're all garbage.
As cheap and easy to swap as rear springs are, just get new ones.

IROC's sit .5" lower than all other 82-90 camaros. They are a bit different
