PBR rear disc
i have an 87 with a 9 bolt rear wit disc. im tryin to decide what to do for rear brakes.
will the pbr rear brakes bolt right on my rear or do i need any special stuff?
i did a quick search but didnt find the answer

The following link concerns a 10-bolt. All but the backing plates is pretty much the same.

By the way, check the following link and you'll see the difference between the 9- and 10-bolt backing plate.

so the backing plates from my 87 9 bolt wit rear disc wont work.
everything i see says 10 bolt and im tired so im confused

I swapped the rear discs on my 10-bolt 85 IROC to the new style PBR's. To accomplish this, I had to use the newer 10-bolt backing plates (check out the first pic in the first link and you'll see what those looked like. Compare them to the pic in the second link). I assume, but have no personal experience, that you can do the same thing I did if you use the newer 9-bolt backing plate; these, however, may be difficult to locate. I suggest contacting Ed Miller on this board.
