solid tie rod ends?

solid tie rod ends?
anybody use the solid rod ends for the steering linkages? i hear of it being done,but haven't seen how it's done...it's supposed to tighten up the steering a lot!! any ideas?

no, i mean using heim end joints at the pivot points (tie rod ends)instead of the rubber cushined ones. i think you have to fabricate them.

Baer bumpsteer kit, you can adjust the tie rod angle to get the correct geometry, and it uses a heim.
