YES>>> Well sort of... Ed Quay makes a manual brake kit....It bolts up to the stock holes BUT 2 problems that add a challenge to the install...
1) It uses 3/16 brake line with 37 degree double flare on it...*****Stock brake lines use 2 different size ISO metric bubble flare...ID tell you the size but then Id have to kill you.....
Anyway to overcome that I found Adaptorfittings that screw into the stock distribution block which convert DIFFERENT SIZE ISO metric bubble flare to Standard 3/16 37 degree double flare lines.... Basically I bought premade 3/16 37 degree Line and bent it up myself....Using the adaptors All screwed and sealed perfectly....Ill try to get a pic....
2) This problem is more serious IMHO.... The pushrod in my kit was WAAAAYYYYYYYYY too long.....I mean waaayyy too long.... I had to work out the geometry of the throw and then cut the pushrod....It has an adjustable heim that allows for movement BUT with the rod soooooo long it did not have near enough adjustment.... The danger IMHO is that is a hardened Critical piece.... I cut mine slowly with a watchmakers lathe to the proper size....Id be really leary about taking a Power tool or grinder to the brake pushrod.....
Ed claims its a bolt in kit.....Dont let him fool you.... It bolts to the firewall and stops there....While you dont need to be an automotive genious to install the kit you do need to be smarter than the average bear... Biggest hurdle is getting the right metric bubble flare to standard adaptor fittings...
BTW you MUST remove your brake pedal and have Ed quay Modify the brake pedal to use the kit as well.... He welds attachment tubes for the pushrod to your stock pedal....
My kit works GREAT....So Far Ive barely noticed a difference between mine and stock EXCEPT for all of the ROOM I now have on the drivers side engine bay...

there is a cheaper alternative to the edquay setup. All I did was buy a new manual brake master cylinder for a 82 s-10. I took my brake rod and got the geometry right and shortened it, had to drill a different hole in my pedal, and bolted the pushrod to it. I think that i spent like 55 bucks on the master cylinder.
A good person to contact regarding this is Stephen 87 IROC. I think he has some good pics of the install on his website.

There is no "KIT" you buy the manual MC and make the rest yourself. Nop one makes a complete bolt on kit...
