the car shakes at about 30 to 45 then goes away. im not the best with front ends and i was hoping for some help. are third gens sterring rack and pinion or convetional steering???

the car sterring wheel is of about 30 degrees off to the right.
were not to sure what to do

 

Wheel out of balance.

Good ol' steering box.

Get an alignment.

Probably not, you already got a good answer. did you try checking those things, or are you waiting for someone to post and agree with a notion that you already have in you head?
