The LCA brackets will BLOW YOU AWAY. You will not BELIEVE how bad your car has always been, up til now.

Good move.

It's because the PHR has to be shipped "oversize." It's too long to fit into standard packaging sizes.

I finally put a bmr wonderbar - which is basically the same as the spohn on - last weekend. Man, world of difference in front end. I felt that more than I felt the GTA swaybars. Cant wait to get bilsteins and stb, it'll be sick.

Haha...you guys don't even know what expensive shipping is haha. THe panhard bar ALONE would probably cost about $30-40 for shipping. O_o Shipping for one of their roll cages cost around $198.

I had an aluminum driveshaft shipped across country to my girlfriends house for under $10 UPS ground. How much bigger can a panhard bar be? Do not misunderstand, I do not blame Spohn. I blame the greedy shipping comapnies who delivered broken boxes days late.

Good luck with the install. No better feeling than installing a great part on your car with your own two hands.

Let us know how much better your car feels after the install.

You got that right!! I shipped a few hoods here before & shipping came out almost as much as the hood. So whenever you folks get mad about shipping charges, think about us in Hawaii to brighten your day lol!!

You use the bolts alrdy on the car for the wonderbar you have to order a bolt kit extra for the panhard bar if you want new ones which 1 did for my lca's too. The relocation bracket come with the neccessary bolts to install.

What's wrong with the bolts on your car currently? The PHB you ordered is just a replacement for the stocker.

Bolted into place, then TIG welded Andy. Then painted/coated to prevent rust problems.

don't know the specs offhand but take one of the panhard bolts off and to your local fastener shop.. don't go to the hardware strore go to a shop that specializes in only fasteners that way you can get a better grade bolt.. I had to do that for my upper rod, it had to have the bolt sawed off..

Save up for the xmember and torque arm combo next, that is my next wishpart.. the best setup out there..

very nice man!! im also suprised and impressed how nice you car is and how much youve done to it in jsut a few short yrs.

btw: i know that lca brackets fix the suspension geometry but what do they actually do as far as feel, performance etc??? better traction perhaps?
and do they HAVE to be tig welded? ive got a flux core welder ive used on my exhaust, headers etc will that work?

FLYN if i were you i would send those LCA's from there back ASAP!!! its going to cost you like 200$ in labor just to put those damn things on.

i was at Dyno Dons shop the other day and he showed me the difference between those and BMR's.. GET THE BMR"S!!!!!! you have cut parts, drill, hack, and pretty much do everything to get those damn things from Spohn on. the design is not as good as others. infact Don wont even go through the hassle of installing those from Spohn..

Email him and ask him, he'll tell you like it is. and for kicks, when they come in the mail, read out loud the directions on how to install them.. its pretty funny.

The problem with Tig welding, is its kinda difficult for most people to do, equipment is expensive and its in a bad spot to do it.

I mig welded mine into place, if you need help, I will mig it into place for you if you let me take the car for a spin.
