car sits crooked after lowering....

well, just installed B&G lowering springs, KYB struts and shocks. those springs were a HUGE PITA to install...now my old struts n shocks were blown to hell...but after the install..my drivers side seems to be about 1/2 inch higher than the passenger side...is it possible that the bushing is crooked and caused the difference in height? also my front seems to be a lil higher than my rear...think it will lower a lil bit more??

Ive read a few times about new springs settling after a few weeks of use. Im not sure though if it will level your car when it settles??

Id'e drive it around a little bit(if your sure everything is hooked up good) and give it a chance to settle. If it doesn't after a reasonable amount of time, maybe you didnt notice the slight raise on theone side because you didnt have it lowered. What I mean to say is, it is easier to judge the high distance on a lowered car better than a stock hight one.

also, your shocks may be adjustable.. I have bilstiens so I'm not sure if this would do it, but if you had one "stiffer," Wouldn't it raise the one side of the car?

oh ya, switch your springs around, (EX: driver's side to passenger side, vice versa.) If your problem persists on the opposite side, let your springs settle and if it doesn't go away, contact B&G.

Umm... and check your air. Sometimes you overlook the stupid things.

Lift it up and look into the top of the spring pocket in the front, the side thats higher probably doesnt have the spring seated properly and its edge is sitting on the downward bump from the K member and thats why its higher.

If they're new springs that's not gonna do anything for you. Besides checking to see that the spring is fully seated in the upper spring pocket, you MUST have them indexed correctly in the A-arm. What's indexing you ask? Look at these pics and read the descriptions and you'll know what I'm talking about. If you don't have the springs in right, you'll have your problem...front end sitting too high.

No. Springs are what dictate ride height, not the struts.

well i found out i had the springs in upside down , guess my friend was wrong in which way they go in! the front is alot lower now, and looks great...but it still seems to be slightly higher on drivers side. after taking it for a ride it lowered even more....i also wonder if an alignment will fix the problem..when i replaced the struts i forgot to mark where they were, so my front wheels are crooked as hell!
