I have 295/50/16's on the back of my 1LE/B4C, and I used to have the taller 275/55/16's but they rubbed abit.

I know this next statement may sound contradictory, but you car will have to be one that is lowered for these tires to fit, due to the fact that the bump stop location.

Also, the spare tire "bump" on the inside of the passengers wheel well will need to be "modified" or pushed in.

I know there are those individuals out there that will argue some point of my answer.

As far as how it looks, well how does 23" of rubber in the back sound. It looks phuqing awesome. On my cop car you cannot see the top inch or so of the tire.

Pretty sweet in my book.

BTW my B4C cop car is for sale.

if you want the offroad stance go for it....use a tire calculator to find out what's right for you. here's one to start.

Why is it that people think that they have to have the biggest tires possible. In my opinion, they look like a monster (truck) car, I am using 245/45/17's and that tire is enough for traction & handling.

lol....that's funny.

i just like how people with smaller rims try to tell themselves they like them. like what you like, let it be. for the record though my 17's outhandle my 16's and my 18's outhandle both and with dr's out hook.

do what makes you happy and leave it at that.

All I know is the little 245's weren't enough for my combo, so I went with 275's and then I had to go to 295's.....if I could go any wider I would.....

THAT'S WHY I HAD BIG TIRES IN THE BACK.

I completely understand that comment. The 245s I have in the back now sure aren't holding up well to the new motor...
