Anybody know what type of flare this is?

This is off my 92 Buick LeSabre, just thought somebody here might know what kind of connector it is. Is it a double flare? I figure it's a GM so it should be the same as a F-body.

Thanks, while I'm at it does anybody know what this is? It was in the middle of the car joining the front and rear sections of brake line. There's one for each rear wheel. I don't know if it's a union or a proportioning valve, or both.
