I have weld pro stars 15x8 with 5.5 inches of backspacing i picked out some tires they are 28" tall 10" tread width 12.2 section width will these fit with modification to the fender well. thanks please give an answer.

 

Yes they should fit without too much trouble. You'll most likely have to beat in the front portion of the wheel well with a sledge hammer some but nothing too major. I ran 28x10.50 et drags (11.7 section width, 10" tread) with the same wheel size/backspacing and thats what I had to do.
