Suspension Setup

I was looking to upgrade my 84 Z28's suspension, i was thinking about this:

http://www.hotchkis.net/cgi-bin/EDCs...atalogno=80019

with the edelbrock Tourque arm and Strut tower brace

how does this look, any suggestions?

also what shocks and struts would i use with this setup?

Most people are gona tell you Its Over Priced. If I was to do it again Id go with all chromolly this time around.

if i were to get this setup, or an edelbrock equavailant, would i notice an improvment in quarter mile, braking, and slalom on my 16inch Iroc rims?
because i am reading a Chevy High Performance artical where they upgraded a 92 RS suspension and they found that by upgrading the RS with an edelbrock suspension with stock 16inch tires, braking was hurt, and the 200ft skidpad was also hurt, the only time performance was increased over stock was when 17inch rims were applied, but even in that case, quartermile times were hurt.
