strut tower braces any use?
are strut tower braces really any help? and if so, what do they help with?

the struts in these cars is what locates the top of the spindle.
when you corner hard, the fenderwells that the struts are on, flex.
this flexing makes for not-so-great-feeling handling.
the strut tower brace connects the two struts... and that helps keep them from flexing.

While the strut tower brace helps a bit, if you really want to tighten up your front end, install the steering brace, aka "the wonderbar". The difference is incredible and it'll help keep your steering box on the car where it belongs. Global West carries them, they're cheap and relatively easy to install. Guaranteed you'll like it.
