I like my Spohn's subframe connectors, noticed them as soon as they were installed. Really stiffened up the car, little more push ya back in the seat action

As long as you don't have any worn out parts, subframe connectors are the first thing you should do for an f-body.

If i ever get another one, that's top of my list.

Define 'better' in this context.

Theres plenty of info out there if you search. Myself and a few others have taken the route of buying and installing both these brands/styles of SFC.

A lot depends on what your plans are for your exhaust system. If you are going to be getting/fabricating a complete custom system then you free to get both but if you have an 'off the shelf' or standard system then be sure to search thorougly for the opinions of those who have the same system and have installed SFC's.

Theres so much information and opinions out there. I've done a search for you and came up with several relevant threads:-

SFC Selection/Install Assistance

Why Spohn SFC's are best.
https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...n+spohn+better
This thread includes a very detailed discussion by Vsixtoy about the subject.

SUBFRAME CONNECTORS - Which brand is the best?

Alston Racing SFC vs. Spohn SFC

Does anyone have a picture of Alston SFCs installed?(or run Spohn AND Alstons?)
https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...n+spohn+better

Alstons are installed, have a question.
https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...n+spohn+better

Which SFC's to go with?

Hope that helps you out! Be sure to let us know what you end up deciding!

Spohn. The Alsotons will prolly be in the way since it crosses over the top of the exhaust.

Hrmmm oook. I looked at them before and I have the same headers as the gent above. Just my y-pipe is 3" from the collectors back. With the way that I have it ran there is no way in hell that the Alston's would fit.
