i have the flowmaster american thunder 3" cat back system on my car & this spring i am upgrading to slp 1 3/4" stainless alumi-coated header system also.which frame connectors would work best,as there are so many out there? price is not too much of an option.

I haven't made but a few posts and I can already tell you that there are like 50 topics on this question. I went down to page 22 I think yesterday and found that Spohns were the most highly recommend subframe connectors (plus he still comes out with new stuff for thirdgens so I don't mind giving him my money )

Check out Top-Down-Solutions web site. Hotchkis also has and awsome SFC. Both are bolt in that ties the front and rear subframes together and can/should be welded in. Stay away from Spohn or others with the same design, they run along the rockers, and really never actually tie the subframes together.
