Rear Springs
I noticed that my car looked a little lower on the rear drivers side. I checked the tire pressure and they are both the same. I installed new shocks all round a few months back. I measured the difference and it is close to a half inch. Could that mean I have a weak spring.

Hows the front measurements, are they identical left to right?
It is fairly common on and older uni-body car to experience the left front and the right rear fenders lower that their counterparts. Its mostly chassis fatigue.

Sometimes they will sag funny, but in most cases it’s just the monkey that installed the springs the last time they were out. Check to make sure that the spring isolators (in the top of the spring pocket) are in good shape and that the springs are indexed correctly (with the rear springs make sure that the top coil ends in the same place on both sides, with the front springs make sure that the bottom coil ends between the 2 holes in the control arm pocket.)
